International participants (students and teachers)

Participation of international students and teachers at the STVP 2011 is OPEN for alll
International participants can express their interest to participate by filling in and submitting the registration form (see download menu).
Participants also have to pay 70 USD as a nominal registration fee to participate in this programme
The official invitation includes full board accommodation and meals

International participants (presenters)

Kindly download the presenter’s registration form at the download menu
Fill in the form and submit it via email to secretariat as soon as possible and attach the abstract with the registration form. (see EVENT HIGHLIGHTS menu)
Presenters also have to pay 70 USD as a nominal registration fee
The abstract will be reviewed by our review panel. Once accepted, the student will be informed via email and will be advised on the official registration procedures. An official invitation will be sent to the successful presenter.

Local participants (presenters)

Local student leaders (from Johore) are welcome to participate as a presenter only.
Every local student has to pay RM30.00 as a nominal registration fee during their registration at Dato' Penggawa Timur Secondary School
To present a paper at the programme, a student is required to submit their abstracts accompanied by a cover letter from his/her respective school no later than 20 June, 2011 (refer to EVENT HIGHLIGHTS section). The abstracts will be reviewed by our review panel. Once accepted, the student will be informed via email and will be advised on the official registration procedures. An official invitation will be sent to the successful presenter.
The official invitation includes full board accommodation and meals for 1 presenter only. It does not cover cost for accompanying teacher/guardian.
Successful local presenters will have the privileged to join all other events with international participants.

Local teachers

Participation of local teachers are upon invitation only.

Participation will be considered confirm after the payment of the nominal registration fee. Kinldy please bank-in the money order or cheque and email the bank slip to the secretariat as soon as possible. (Account info can be found in registration form)
